I have a husband, two children, two cats, and three dogs. I live in Bellingham, WA, although I grew up in Southern California. My favorite foods are sushi and chocolate. I love to kayak. In addition to writing, I do keynotes and seminars on energy management, and I teach computer classes. As a side interest, I also coach writers and am currently working on several articles related to kayaking.
